Reception Desk for Group Visits
Located at level 200 of the exhibition halls, on their arrival, persons in charge are invited to go to the Reception Desk for groups to register and receive instructions for their visit.
Checkroom
Checkroom service is available during the opening hours of The National Job Fair.
General information Desk
Located et the entrance of the exhibition hall, the staff of General Information Desk is there during the whole fair to answer general questions from visitors. Can not find an exhibitor? Want to know the schedule of a presentation? You lost your show guide? Looking for bathrooms? The reception staff is there for you!
The Info-Career Hub
Students in Carrer Development Program at UQÀM and at Université de Sherbrooke, supervised by well-experienced guidance counselors, animate the Info-Career Hub in the exhibition hall West, offer visitors a front-line academic and career service to help individuals in their career exploration approach. You want to define your area of interest? Want to know what exhibitors are offering programs that interest them? Wondering what resources are available? Meet with them at Info-Career Hub!
Food & Beverage Area
A Food & Beverage Area is specially set-up inside the exhibition hall to allow people in group visits to eat their own meal. A counter service catering is also available nearby for those wishing to buy food and drinks.
Fair Organizer Office
Located at the extreme left at the entrance of the exhibition hall west, you will find the Promotor Office. The Show Management Staff is there throught the fair to assist you. Feel free to appeal to them!
Security & First Aids
A first aid center is available on site and maintained by security personnel of Place Bonaventure. In case of incident, contact the security personnel present in the exhibition hall.
