Designed for adults, The National Job Fair is presented simultaneously with The National Education Fair and The Study & Stay Abroad Fair, which form a coherent and indivisible whole. A unique concept in Canada. It is the largest and most important gathering dedicated to employment, education, training and career in Canada for 17 years. In 2022, the Event resumed its pre-pandemic cruising speed with an all-time exhibitor participation record in an incomparable atmosphere with 470 exhibitors and more than 23,000 visitors spread over an exhibition surface record of 130,600 square feet. An event like no other.
The National Job Fair is the only job fair in Canada presented with more than 300 exhibitors (328 exhibitors in the 2022 edition). The achievement has been realized 3 times at the 4 most recent editions, i.e. in 2018, 2019 and 2022.
The National Job Fair (employment, training and career services offers for adults) is one of the three components of our Global Recruitment Event. The other two components are The National Education Fair (career choice and education/training offers for Youth and Adults) and The Study & Stay Abroad Fair (international mobility for Youth and Adults). The Event consists of a trio of stand-alone fairs with complementary themes which form a coherent and indivisible whole. They fairs are presented simultaneously in strategic cohabitation in the same exhibition location. Together, the three fairs form Canada's largest and most comprehensive recruitment and career promotion event for 17 years (combined participation of 470 exhibitors and partners and more than 23,000 visitors in 2022. In addition to presenting a large number of companies looking for candidates to fill positions in Greater Montreal, The National Job Fair has also been recognized for more than 15 years for its efforts to promote the regions and to attract labour in the regions. Regional exhibitors will shine by highlighting the benefits of living and working in their region and by promoting their jobs to job seekers in Greater Montreal. In 2023, some 150 employers and support organizations from all the administrative regions of Quebec are expected to attend the Great Seduction for Regional Employment©, a component of the Fair made concrete by our exclusive regional programs, namely our Regional Delegation Program© Living and Working in the Region©, presented in partnership with several Québec regions, and our Regionalization of Immigration Program© for New Canadians and Newcomers, presented in partnership with the Regroupement des organismes de régionalisation de l'immigration du Québec (RORIQ), an initiative of the Table de concertation des personnes réfugiées et immigrantes du Québec (TCRI).
